Vivian Ho

CEO

With deep expertise in digital and organizational transformation, Vivian is leading the modernization of Lexa Records to meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers. She focuses on technology strategy, operational excellence, and organic growth, ensuring the company continues to deliver high-quality, white-glove services to clients. Vivian holds a BAA in Computer Information Systems and an MBA from Cornell University.

Sylwia Pasket

COO

Sylwia joined Lexa Records in 2009 as a field representative visiting client sites. Over the years, she has advanced to Director of Operations, bringing a deep understanding of the business and the clients we serve. She oversees day-to-day operations, manages processes and procedures, and works closely with clients to ensure service excellence. Sylwia holds a BA in Marketing and an MBA in Logistics and Operations Management from the University of North Texas.

Kristen Moyer

Director of Technology and Compliance

Kristen serves as Lexa Records’ Director of Technology and Compliance, bringing more than 12 years of experience in technology and regulatory consulting. She focuses on delivering secure, compliant, and high-quality technology solutions that meet the needs of healthcare providers. Kristen holds a BBA in Computer Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Virginia.

Trina Castleberry

Operations and Client Services

Trina is a key lead at Lexa Records with extensive experience in healthcare operations prior to joining the company. She oversees ROI operations and plays an integral role in designing processes that maintain Lexa’s track record of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. With over 11 years at the company, Trina focuses on optimizing workflows, managing client relationships, and ensuring consistently high-quality service.

Alyssa Mosley

Operations and Client Services

Alyssa is a key project manager at Lexa Records, overseeing client interactions and leading initiatives that support client satisfaction and operational excellence. She also serves as the Training Lead, managing attaching, chart prep, special projects, and team development. With more than six years at the company, Alyssa ensures consistent service quality while supporting both her team and clients.

Eileen Lexa

Founder and Advisor

Eileen Lexa co-founded Lexa Records in 2006 and served as President for 17 years, expanding the business across multiple states beyond Texas. Prior to that, she co-founded Advantage Records in 1991, a records procurement service still used by over 500 attorneys. Earlier in her career, Eileen worked in law firms, including Fulbright & Jaworski, assisting on medical malpractice and product liability cases. As an Advisor for Lexa Records, she leverages her extensive experience to guide the company’s growth and ensure continued excellence in healthcare services.

Tuyen Do

Chairman and Advisor

Tuyen Do is a seasoned founder and advisor with more than 25 years of experience guiding strategic transactions in diversified services and healthcare. He is the founder of TVD Capital Partners, an independent sponsor firm focused on service-sector investments backed by family offices, completing acquisitions in both industrial and healthcare services. Previously, he led the Global Diversified Industrials & Services practice at Teneo Capital and headed the top-ranked Diversified Services group at Wells Fargo Securities. As an Advisor for Lexa Records, Tuyen provides strategic guidance to support growth, operations, and long-term planning.

Tina Gambhir

Advisor, Ed.D., M.J., RHIA

Dr. Tina Gambhir is an accomplished Professor and Healthcare Consultant with a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership. She combines expertise in Health Information Technology, management innovation, and education with experience advising C-suite leaders and organizations. Her leadership strategies, grounded in scientific and industry knowledge, have driven successful initiatives across multinational and multicultural organizations. As an Advisor for Lexa Records, Dr. Gambhir provides guidance on Health Information Technology and management.

Josh Rubin

Advisor

Joshua C. Rubin is Program Officer for Learning Health System Initiatives and previously served as Executive Director of the Joseph H. Kanter Family Foundation. He has held roles as Senior Policy Fellow at eHealth Initiative and Senior Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, contributing to national and global healthcare improvement efforts. Rubin holds a JD, MBA, MPP, and MPH, and is a life member of American MENSA. As an Advisor for Lexa Records, he offers strategic insight on healthcare systems, policy, and operational excellence.

Dr. Jim Wang

Dr. James Wang is a highly experienced healthcare provider based in Bowie, MD, with an additional office in Annapolis, MD. With an impressive 28 years of professional experience, Dr. Wang specializes in Internal Medicine, demonstrating a deep understanding of various medical conditions and treatments. Having graduated from the prestigious University of Maryland School of Medicine in 1996, Dr. Wang has a solid educational background that contributes to his expertise in the field. His affiliation with Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center underscores his commitment to providing quality healthcare services and being an integral part of the medical community.
