With only one month remaining before go-live, Lexa Records partnered closely with network leadership and providers to design and approve specialty-specific templates, execute the migration, and ensure continuity of care for upcoming patient appointments following go-live.
Physician and oncology notes in the legacy EMR were inconsistently formatted, requiring detailed analysis to identify variations across specialties and providers. Lexa Records assessed these differences, mapped content to the appropriate templates, and developed a structured process to ensure accurate data transfer into the new EMR. To meet the accelerated timeline, Lexa Records implemented a customized training and management model that enabled efficient, high-volume migration while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. All patient notes were successfully migrated to the new EMR at least one week prior to scheduled appointments.
